Another Day At The Office

I try to work from home at least two days a week to conserve gas -- although my commute isn't too long, so I don't know if it makes a huge difference.

When the weather is gorgeous, there are bigger advantages than simply the ecological:

The office. And the glass holds water if anyone is wondering. Come on, I'm not Don Draper, people!

The view from the office.

Do you ever work from home? What's best about it?

Oh, where do I begin?

1) Avoiding rain and wind and cold and grumpy commuters trying to deal with rain and wind and cold on trains that are always late when it's raining

2) Eating lighter, more frequent meals that are healthier and less expensive than what I'd buy or have the time to plan/pack

3) Gaining an hour in my day that I can use to sleep, read, work, or relax

4) Being able to do laundry without having it sit wet for hours

5) Letting my hair air dry instead of blow dry, and not having to wear shoes :)

Here's an idea! Move to Seattle and work remotely from there :)
